Put simply you download ipodder software then go to "Add a Podcast Feed" and paste

into the Podcast Feed URL then click Add Feed once this is in your list simply go Check Now and it will update the latest show. If you set in preferences for itunes compatibility the show will appear on your ipod the next time you synch it to your computer then if you set it to update automatically you will never have to worry about getting the latest newsvalues.com broadcast on your ipod.
